Drivers? You mean there's going to be more than one?
Yes, drivers. Yes, more than one. Four to be exact and for good reason. There's the Overall DotM, which is self explanatory. But we have divisions on previous and current gen platforms. It's only fair to give those the recognition that is deserved, by not leaving others behind, by acknowledging feats accomplished as we are still moving on, and by giving nods to our other racer kin that's still part of the family. So there will be a Halo 4 / Reach DotM, Halo TMCC DotM, & a Forza Horizon 2 DotM, in addition to the Overall DotM. However, getting any one of these awards doesn't make you better than someone or means you're more popular than the other guy. We're all on equal playing fields here.
Let's get it started.
Halo 4 / Reach Driver of the Month
This honor goes to our professional residential stalker, @dworkinheadracing673. He's conpeted in 10 of the 15 races on the Xbox 360. Of those 10 races, he has earned 9 podium finishes not to mention he's racked up almost half the race wins hitting 6 on the season; which is currently the highest anyone has so far. He's unbeaten in Halo Reach, has a win & two podiums in Grand Prix currently second in standings, has two wins and one other podium in Rallycross currently the leader in standings, and is also unbeaten in Motocross. I'd say he's earned it.
Halo TMCC Driver of the Month
Moving on, this award goes to the lovable Bug Catcher Bean. Abide the missing races in Rallycross and Terrain, he's put up very solid and respectable finishes. He has 5 wins and 7 podiums out of the 12 MCC races. He's undefeated in Rallycross, Terrain, & Grand Prix. He also has two podiums in Mixed Terrain against some of the league's more skillful drivers. His accomplishments are pretty impressive if you ask me.
Forza Horizon 2 Driver of the Month
This being the toughest pick of the four, I decided to give this one to Offrce. He has competed in 5 of the 6 FH2 races, picking up half of the wins and two well earned top 5 finishes in the other races. He joined late last season and is looking to dethrone Off-Road & Street Champions - Unrealiztic & Bean05. He is definitely on his way to doing just this.
ORL Driver of the Month
For me, this was a no-brainer pick. B2T Kambi has earned this award without question. He's competed in 27 races so far, which is more than any other ORL driver this season. He's racked up a whopping 444 total points, 11 podiums which is tied for the most this season, and his a respectable 3 race wins. He is tied for leader in standings on Halo Reach, points leader in Mayhem Wrecktacular, top 3 in standings on Rallycross & Motocross, and in the top 5 for Grand Prix. Let's not forget his racing abilities on Halo TMCC, and being a new addition to Forza Horizon 2 this season along with his high amount of activity. Be sure to give him a pat on the back!
