This is where it all started. Halo Reach on the Xbox 360. This nostalgic division will feature a mixture of Supercross & Grand Prix tracks to gets the best of out a racer's abilities. Each race this series will be a timed event with an added 2 extra laps at the end of regulation. This division was last raced in Season 7, and many of the best drivers from then aren't racing this season so expect different turnouts and always-changing positions!

In the preseason races we saw Mr Pissed1, Miss StarStrukk, and B2T Kambi put up the most solid performances. I'm predicting these three drivers to finish first, second, and third upon the season. They quickly adapted to the mongoose physics on Halo Reach, and considering that along with the first couple tracks being Supercross oriented, it'll allow them to pull away early in the standings.

The first race of the Halo Reach season takes place at Longshore Stadium by Trickybear21. This one of a kind arenacross track will certainly keep racers on their toes with much needed consistency. The death whoops, tricky split-rhythm, and finishing double will challenge even the best of racers, old and new. Due to the consistency shown in preseason races I'm predicting Mr Pissed1 as first, Miss StarStrukk in second, and B2T Kambi in third. They should be keeping an eye on AdamMc66 & Kat2BKittnMe who will be looking to aim for their own race wins as well.

Next up for Mixed Terrain, we're taking a gigantic step forward to the MCC. Actual Mixed Terrain tracks will be thrown into the mix in addition to the Supercross & Grand Prix tracks. This track variant will change the flow of some of the races by throwing challenging SX & GP sections on the same track at the racers to see what they're made of. If we see them on the track, you'll potentially find the great drivers Pancake, I KC KONGO I, and H3R0 365 dominating the competition and finishing in the podiums at season's end.

For the first race we will be at Battlecat MT, a co-forge between Kat2BKittnMe and myself. The tracks challenging turns and supercross sections will provide for a great race, but the main feature of the track is a giant rock-hard (literally) armored battlecat. Yeah, you heard me right. A giant armored battlecat. Look at see fluffy goodness that is a Pancake in first, with H3R0 365 in second, and potentially Kat2BKittnMe in third with a home-field advantage on his own track.

Longshore Stadium Update:

The attendance was a little shy then what was originally expected. However, the battle for the lead was what made this race great. Mr Pissed1 was able to hold the lead in the early laps until a costly mistake of not having the speed to get through the whoops safely and casing the following split was his undoing which cast him back to third. And in third he stayed but that didn't stop him from making an attempt to get the lead back. B2T Kambi and Miss StarStrukk were able to both pass him and continuously traded blows for the lead, which allowed Mr Pissed1 to repeatedly catch up. In his attempts to pass, he would keep landing on the back of my mongoose and slow me down in addition to him flipping and losing time. That gave B2T Kambi the gap he needed to ultimately secure the win late in the race. Look to see the same three podium again next race but swapping positions. Also look for AdamMc66 and Kat2BKittnMe to pick up their first win of the season. The next track is all about having your momentum to keep pace through the more technical sections. The track is extremely consistent and is home to some great racing. If you make a mistake, better hope your competitors do the same. A mistake can cost you a great deal of time, like AdamMc66 wanting to keep jumping the rollover and not learning otherwise.

Battlecat MT Update:

This was the first race of the season to have an LCQ, and the first race out of all divisions to have the largest racer attendance. Obscuring trees, technical chicanes and jump sections, along with a giant rock hard battlecat dotted the track. No one gives me credit for helping with the track . The light cave? My idea entirely. Giant battlecat? Made that too. You have to play the non-competitive version to see the majestic beast in its full glory. Heats & LCQ out of the way, the Main Event saw Pancake take the first win of the season in great fashion. H3R0 365 finished behind him in second, and also finished behind Pancake in second during the heat race as well. The lgndry mstr ef rce Bug Catcher Bean wasn't able to draw upon his powers to keep him in the race for the lead, rounding out the podium. Next race will change shift in gears for most, as it takes place on a SX track which will feature more jumps & rhythm sections than what everyone saw on Battlecat. The podium drivers have a knack for SX tracks so expect to see them all podium once again. Don't forget about papaslaunch who is also a good SX driver.

Blackwater MX Update:

Attendance was about the same as last week, but the race was still fun for the conpetitors. Mark this one off the schedule as its done and done. We saw Miss StarStrukk get the win with a somewhat decent lead over the other drivers in the form of a ridiculous holeshot and highly effective consistent laps, which puts her on top of the leaderboard. Mr Pissed1 wasn't able to catch after the early laps due to his own couple mistakes. B2T Kambi wasn't far behind in third as he made an effort to play catch up. AdamMc66 wasn't far behind either until he made a small handful of mistakes in the later laps which cost him time. All this and more next week, as we hit the next track which features a terrain section with hairpin turns and a split section with a pitfall jump & the safer route of driving around. Following that is a high speed chase of getting back around to the terrain again. This will be another good race.

Abyssum SX Update:

Almost exactly what one would expect coming out of this race, three of the better SX drivers show their prowess here. Offrce comes out with a win in his first race of the season, H3R0 365 makes a repeat second place finish, as well as Bug Catcher Bean making a repeat third. Both H3R0 365 and Bug Catcher Bean are sitting atop the leaderboard however. This was another MCC division that had a drop in attendance, but that didn't stop the racers from having fun. Looking ahead to the next race, we change gears once again as we hit another type of track in this series. It's technical turns along with it's other sections will be easy to learn for most, so getting ahead early and not getting caught in the pack, as well as pit timings, will be what determines who will win this race. Look for our more premium GP drivers to take home the trophy for this one; Bug Catcher Bean, Unrealiztic, & B2T Kambi. papaslaunch will still be a threat among the other top drivers though.

Quarry Superspeedway Update:

Here we have Quarry Superspeedway by original league owner Darkstar o72. Most racers are probably glad to get this one out of the way due to the hard times of passing other racers if you have the track down well enough to put good, consistent laps. Taking the win in his first Halo Reach race of the season is your residential professional stalker @dworkinheadracing673. Following behind him in second is Mr Pissed1, and in the final podium position is B2T Kambi in third. Both of them have performed really well so far as they have podium finishes in every race. Speaking of the two lag masters, they have traded various blows in the three races so far to wind up tied on the leaderboard! AdamMc66 is trying his hardest to win the title as he rounds out the top 3.

Nebs GP Update:

Moving on in this series, we hit up Nebs GP by Kat2BKittnMe & t3hmightymidg3t. This was an easy to learn track as the veteran drivers of the league were able to get out in front. Pancake proves his dominating racing abilities are 2fast2furious by taking the win, and he also remains undefeated in the division. Offrce takes second place and is only a single point behind the race winner. B2T Kambi takes the final podium position showing his abilities as a GP driver. Heading into the Easter Break week, papaslaunch has a nice pincushion for a bad race over second place, which Goldliner 49ner holds, and B2T Kambi follows just behind him with the only driver in the top 3 (even the top 4) to have a podium finish.

Laguna Seca Raceway Update:

It was nothing but eating dust on this ORL classic by Darkstar o72. Miss StarStrukk got out in front and stayed there the entire race to come away with the victory, picking up her second this season. AdamMc66 must be pretty happy as he gets his first podium of the season on the series coming in second. Unrealiztic comes in third to round out the podium, also getting a podium in his first Reach race of the season. B2T Kambi unfortunately couldn't cut it as he falls short of the podium, and Mr Pissed1's race was plagued by lag not letting him race, a familiar scene for him in the league. B2T Kambi currently holds the lead in points, while AdamMc66 is in second being 4 points down. Miss StarStrukk is in third but has missed a race and would hold the lead even if she finished last in the race she missed.

Next race we will be at Narwhal MX by purpledinosaur0.

Make Me Purr SX Update:

This week we were racing on Make Me Purr SX by the king of felines Kat2BKittnMe. Offrce shows his prowess as a dominant Supercross racer by taking the win. The home field advantage wasn't enough for him, although still getting a good position with a second place is Kat2BKittnMe. Goldliner 49ner finished in third to take the last podium also getting his first podium on the season. Yay! You did it Goldliner 49ner! BxA Real Deal D wasn't able to fully keep up in his first ever MCC race of the ORL, while B2T Kambi just isn't as skillful on Supercross tracks as opposed to dominating on a Nationals track. Well Unrealiztic... He's just bad and needs to get better.

Narwhal MX Update:

This race was pretty uneventful except for AdamMc66 nearly screaming at the top of his lungs every time something didn't go his way. Mr Pissed1 got the win along with his first victory of the season. Miss StarStrukk gets second but due to an untimely unintentional wreck by AdamMc66 she had to play catch-up for the entire race. Kat2BKittnMe gets his first podium of the season in his third race, as he takes third, continuing his top 5 streak. He's too good I'm telling you. AdamMc66, while the others had finished, had cased the final jump to the finish and threw a grenade nearly blowing himself up. Pretty funny if you ask me. B2T Kambi still holds the lead in points, while AdamMc66 is in second being 5 points down now with both drivers the only ones to complete five races so far. Miss StarStrukk is in third still, so not much movement has happened on the leaderboard.

Estoril MT Update:

Estoril isn't much to have a big skill gap when it comes to the track but it's still fun to race on. @readdeald is the greatest racer of all time, he got the win and he can match up to the lgndry mstr ef rce Bug Catcher Bean. Offrce took second, also grabbing his second; second place finish of the season also having all podium finishes. Goldliner 49ner makes a repeat third place finish taking his second on the season while remaining the points leader. What a beast. Goldliner 49ner as I said is currently the points leader, followed by Offrce who is only two points down from him and has only four races completed. Kat2BKittnMe is in third behind Offrce and is only 19 points down. This is an extremely close top 3 so far!

Motor Speedway SX Update:

This track had a couple of inconsistency issues which could've made for a much better race otherwise. Mr Pissed1 picks up the win along with his second consecutive win on the season. B2T Kambi after a small string of bad finishes gets a podium finish in second. Kat2BKittnMe gets his second third place podium as his consecutive podium streak grows to two. Miss StarStrukk had a bad race due to track issues but still got a solid fourth place. B2T Kambi yet still holds the lead in points, while Miss StarStrukk and Mr Pissed1 are tied for second currently. AdamMc66 holds fourth while Kat2BKittnMe is creeping on him in fifth. Someone's going to start writing a fanfic.

Overlook SX Update:

The last rhythm section won this race, not much else to say really. Miss StarStrukk won this time, getting her first win on the season. B2T Kambi took second, which is first second place finish, to get his second podium of the season. BxA Real Deal D takes third to get his second podium of the season in his third race, still continuing his top 5 streak. Goldliner 49ner has a nice cushion on the pack battling for second place right now. By that, I mean Offrce, Kat2BKittnMe, and B2T Kambi are all tied for second with 78 points apiece. The last stretch of the season will be huge for these rcers.
